Why venues book us
More Covers. Longer Stays. Real Regulars.
A weekly game night gives people a reason to come out on a Tuesday, and a reason to come back next Tuesday. We run the whole show so your staff can focus on the crowd.
- Fill your slow nightsA standing game night turns an off night into a habit for your regulars.
- Longer stays, bigger tabsGames run in rounds with breaks built in, so teams stay through the final score.
- Regulars who bring friendsWeekly bragging rights, themed nights and prizes keep teams coming back and recruiting.
- Pro host and real soundAn experienced emcee with our own sound system and mics, not a playlist on the house speakers.
- Players can find youYour night goes on our weekly events calendar, so players know where to find the game.
- Turnkey, start to finishWe bring the host, games, sound and scoring, and handle setup and teardown.
It works, and our partners stick around. Our weekly venue partners have been running game nights with us since the company started, and venues sign on a year at a time because the nights keep paying off.

FAQ
Weekly Event Questions
What kinds of venues do you host weekly events for?
Bars and pubs, restaurants, breweries and wineries, clubs and lounges, hotels and resorts, and HOA and 55+ communities across Southwest Florida. We tune the music, questions and volume to your crowd.
Which areas do you serve?
Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers Beach, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, LaBelle, Arcadia and the towns around them. If you're nearby, ask us.
What is Trivingo?
Trivingo is our exclusive game night that combines trivia and music bingo into one show. Trivia fans and sing-along fans both get a shot at winning. It's only available through Big Events Florida. Bigger games. Bigger prizes.
How much does a weekly game night cost?
It depends on the game, the night, how long it runs and how often you book. Send us the form or call (239) 653-7625 and we'll put together a quote for your venue.
What does my venue need to provide?
A power outlet and a small spot for the host table. Prizes or drink and food specials are up to you, and we'll help you plan them. We bring the host, sound, mics and game materials.
Can you do themed nights?
Yes. Throwback 90s trivia, a Taylor Swift night, holiday specials or a theme built around your brand. We'll design the questions, music and prizes around it.
Can we start with a one-time night?
Absolutely. Many venues start with a launch night to see how their crowd responds, then move to weekly, every-other-week or monthly.
